Order Cancellation

In order to cancel an order please contact a sales representative at 213-265-7797 to make arrangements. Order cancellations may be honored if we have not commenced manufacture of the item(s).

Any order placed for items on sale or as part of a SHADOW DROP cannot be altered in any way or cancelled. Your order is your commitment to your purchase.

Shipping Info

All stainless steel merchandise and wearable cloth goods (t shirts, sweatshirts, hats and beanies) will ship on 5/7/18 if the orders is place before this date. Items ordered after or on 5/7/18 will normally ship between 5 (five) and 7 (seven) days after the order is placed. All other items purchased through Room101 are made to order. We ask that our clients allow 4 (four) to 6 (six) weeks for delivery of their merchandise due to the custom nature of our production. Should you need to make arrangements for rush manufacture or to implement additional custom details for your order please contact a representative directly via email at sales@room101brand.com

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number. If you run into any trouble with your order, feel free to email us at sales@room101brand.com. Each order will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA via USPS Priority Mail, FedEX Ground services (if arrangements are made.. Any international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEX international. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as the order has actually been picked up and left our building.

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

*No returns or refunds based on delayed delivery due to COVID-19.

*Monetary refunds are not offered on any Room101 merchandise – we will exchange for credit with Room101 minus shipping and processing fees. Exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

*The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

*All returns are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee per package.

*The returns timeframe is 14 days from the date the package has been received

*Returns will be processed within 7 days from receiving the request

*All merchandise purchased during a promotional sale, all made to order merchandise, and all merchandise labeled as Shadow Drops is excluded from returns.

Repairs

Room101 guarantees all of our jewelry products for life. Should your piece(s) require repair contact a representative via email sales@room101brand.com and your needs will be addressed immediately.
